Family Friendly Farm

Puppies, Puppies and Kittens–Oh, my!

When it rains it pours! We have had two litters of puppies and now a little bundle of kittens. Oh, how I love birth and young life!

Just two months ago we had a litter if puppies from our dog Tundra. As those pups head to their new homes we are a bit melancholy to say goodbye.

However, thus year we can rejoice for just a few weeks earlier we were happy to see our Dalia had her litter.

If you were hoping to get a Great Pyrenees but somehow have never got the call made, now is your time to get your name on the list, we have just one puppy unspoken for.

And Kittens, oh my!

Several weeks ago a yellow cat showed up at the house. She started getting friendly. She’s been visiting the barn but was never social before. I’ve long thought we needed another cat or two around the farm. We have lots of mice around as you can imagine; they like the same food the chickens do.

However, upon closer inspection we realize our unexpected cat is expecting! I’m sure we don’t need that many cats. She hasn’t brought the kittens out to visit us yet. She has them tucked away until they are ready. Let me know if you’re interested.
