Family Friendly Farm

Book – Nutrition and Physical Degeneration

I stumbled upon the book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Dr. Weston A Price when my friend Jeri shoved it in my face and said, “You NEED to read this”. It has changed my life, offering me new knowledge into health I doubt I would have run across otherwise. I am very grateful. The photos were startling and a bit discouraging when I considered my narrow face and eating habits.

The real upside though was when it dawned on me that I could still make a difference in my life by changing my habits now. We have seen some of these effects already in just a few years. The fermented cod liver oil really does help and the homemade sauerkraut makes me feel so good!

It isn’t too late for you either. Are you or a family member suffering from infections, allergies, anemia, asthma, poor eyesight, fatigue, emotional or behavioral problems. You can start making changes today. I hope you find this book beneficial on your journey to health.

Have you read it already? How did it impact your life?
