Book – Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats

Shortly after reading Dr. Weston A Prices’ book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, I started on Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats by Sally Fallon and Mary Enig. It reads more like a Reader’s Digest with many short quips and anecdotes. You know, the kind where you just want to read a little bit more then find yourself an hour late for bed!

This cookbook will encourage you to try things you are unfamiliar with and equip you with new skills in traditional cooking.

Have you read it already? How did it impact your life?
