Family Friendly Farm

Delivery Guidelines

Family Friendly FarmWelcome to the Farm!!

We consider all customers to be part of our extended family. We welcome you to come to the farm when you are able (though we prefer tours in the warmer months).

Here is some information and guidelines to ease your new adventure.

Please get orders in by Thursday at midnight the week of delivery. We usually print orders and pack the truck on Friday mornings.

We understand if life gets in the way so if you need to place an order late, be sure to let us know. I’d hate for you to show up and discover we hadn’t got your order in time so we didn’t pack it.

You can always check the website on the right-hand side for any changes to locations and times if you have been away for a while. It is always posted on the calendar page as well.

This is the list of the delivery drop spots and times. Please feel free to use the one that works best for you. If your schedule puts you in a different area at pick up time that is fine too. Please indicate on the note when ordering where you will be.

Try to arrive 5 minutes early. We want deliveries to be as efficient at possible so everyone can get in and out in 20 minutes or less.

If you are running late you can send Matt a text at 573-382-3845. You can also call but he doesn’t have much time to answer calls since is is either driving or working with customers so please be thoughtful. However, if you need to meet him at a later drop spot we are glad to help you work it out.

Bring a cooler, bags and/or boxes so your food doesn’t roll around the trunk of your jar.

Milk needs to be kept as cold as possible for it to last the proper amount of time (5-7 days after opening). We deliver it on ice to you to ensure quality.
You will want to bring a cooler. We have ice available from the chests. Please feel free to use it.
Please store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator. Some need to turn their refrigerators to a colder temp (just above freezing your eggs).
The milk comes with a vacuum seal. You will notice the pop sound as you open it.
Pour and return to the refrigerator rather than keeping milk on the counter during meals.
Pouring faster spills less.
1. It is helpful if you sign up for the newsletter on the regular website, We post updates there regularly.
2. If you are on Facebook, I encourage you to “like” the Farm page However, we discovered only 10% of the people actually see the posts.
3. If you want to guarantee you will see updates and posts you are welcome to “friend” me, Rachel Fasnacht, as I duplicate the posts.

Glad to have you as part of the “Farm Family”. Please let me know if you have any questions.
